2 BIDS WERE RECEIVED ON JUNE 3, 2020 for the LSA Grant Contract # C000065495 Street Improvement project

American Asphalt bid amount $678,924.00 for Milling & Paving.

Pennsy Supply bid amount $559,784.50 for Milling & Paving.

At the June 8, 2020 Council decided to table the motion.

Motion will be made to reward the bid for the LSA Street Improvement Grant Contract # C000065495 for milling & paving and 19 Handicap Ramps.

Motion to authorize use of Liquid Fuels funds to pay for remaining items that may not be funded thru the LSA Grant Street Improvement Project.
