The Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is a program offered by your SPCA to help low-income residents of Luzerne County with the cost of spaying/neutering their indoor house cats.
No Nonsense Neutering: Plains, PA
Feral Cats, male or female: $40 includes:
-Rabies vaccine ALWAYS administered. A distemper vaccine is given if cat is 1 year or younger. $15 distemper vaccine is optional for older cats. A nail trim, ear cleaning and parasite treatments administered. Left Ear tip is always required.
-Feral cats should be brought to the clinic in humane traps for the safety of our staff.
-Pregnancies are terminated.
