Motion will be made to authorize the Solicitor to research and draft a Pet Waste Removal Ordinance.
Motion will be made to ratify the Resolution 5-2021, prepared and signed pursuant to the Motion passed on September 13, 2021, wherein Wyoming Borough would apply for a second LSA grant seeking funds for the inception of the Wyoming Area Regional Police Force.
Motion will be made to approve LSA Street Improvement Contract C000065495 Draw Request #8 in the amount of $8,645.35 to reimburse the borough costs of new street signage and reimburse Liquid Fuels cost of ADA Ramp Materials. This will complete the grant draws for this contract.

Motion will be made to appoint Roseanne Colarusso, Borough Manager, as the MRT Pension Advisory Chief Administrative Officer for all Wyoming Borough pension plans
Motion will be made to pass Resolution 6-2021 MRT Chief Administrative Officer appointment of Borough Manager, Roseanne Colarusso.
Motion will be made to adjust the pension benefits overpayment to Joseph Kopko to reflect the corrected amount as revealed in the Police Pension Audit.
Request for proposal for CDBG Grant for engineering & surveying ADA Ramps
The Borough received 1 bid proposal from Reilly & Associates.

The Wyoming Hose Company #1 presented a letter to Mayor Dominick and members of council requesting a donation of the full-size emergency lightbar currently not in use from a former police vehicle.

Mr. Gary Lambert Sr. emailed Mayor Dominick and Council requesting permission for his family to privately arrange for, and pay for, some pavement repair work on Colonial Court. Realizing the Borough has limited funds for such projects his family would be happy to have the road repaired at their sole expense.
Motion will be made to approve the request presented by Mr. Gary Lambert Sr. to give permission to his family to privately arrange for some pavement repair work on Colonial Court.
An email was received from Susan Thackara, owner of Bake Shop located at 61 East Fourth Street, she is requesting permission to have a portion of the road closed for her 2nd annual Trunk or Treat for her Bake Shop.
Requested road: East Fourth Street from Wyoming Ave. to Monument Ave.
Date of the event: October 30, 2021 from 10:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Motion will be made to approve the request from Susan Thackara to have a portion of E. Fourth from Wyoming Ave. to Monument closed on October 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for a Trunk or Treat event hosted by her business located at 61 East Fourth Street.
