NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Wyoming will hold a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 4:30 pm, at the Wyoming Borough Building, 277 Wyoming Avenue (2nd Floor), Wyoming, PA 18644, to hear the following:
1. 1852 Wyoming LLC, DBA Cloud 10 Car Wash, requests the following sign variances: Directional signs to contain company logo (advertising: not permitted), number of signs, 3 maximum permitted, 7 requested, and for three of the signs, size of 60 percent maximum permitted, one 124 s.f. freestanding sign and two 90 s.f. wall signs, at 2004 Wyoming Avenue, 67-Fl OS1-002-03B in the B-2 Zoning District.
A copy of the application for a zoning permit and hearing are on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the Borough Administrator. Anyone requiring special accommodations to attend the hearing should telephone the administrative offices at 570.693.0291 by 2pm on Friday prior to the hearing date.
