Approval of minutes:  The minutes of the October 2021 meeting are available for review at the borough office. The minutes are approved on a motion made by __________ and seconded by ___________

Officers Reports: Reports of the Police Department, Street Commissioner and Code Enforcement Officer for the month of October 2021 have been submitted and placed on file for public inspection.

REPORTS AND COMMITTEES

Administration:  Finance and Grants

A preliminary budget worksheet with calculations based on current year revenues and expenses will be presented to council. A meeting with the finance committee will be scheduled to review presented information and to finalize a proposal for the 2022 budget. It will be presented at the December meeting.

A motion will be made to advertise the proposed budget for public inspection.

The proposed budget will be available for inspection at the borough office.

A motion will be made to accept _________________ Health Insurance Proposal for 2022 Health, Vision and Dental Insurance.

Motion will be made to authorize the Solicitor to draft an amendment to the Peddling and Soliciting Ordinance to allow for permit costs for individuals.

Motion will be made to advertise proposed Regulations and Violations Related to the Accumulation and Disposal of Animal Waste and Penalties for the Violation Thereof. This proposed ordinance will be available for public inspection at the borough office.

Motion will be made to approve Resolution 7 of 2021 to apply for the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CDBG-CV) funding through the City of Pittston and its Redevelopment Authority.

Motion will be made to rescind motion made at October 12, 2021 meeting to adjust the pension benefits overpayment to Joseph Kopko to reflect the corrected amount as revealed in the Police Pension Audit.

Motion will be made for Reilly & Associates to readvertise RFP for qualified engineer for Community Development Block Grant.

Emergency Service:  Police and Fire Departments

Reilly & Associates will need a Borough Official or Borough Representative authorized to sign Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) Applications and related forms on behalf of the Borough.

A motion will be made to authorize ___________________ to sign applications and related forms required for any permit(s) associated with the Wyoming Hose Company #1 building Project.

A motion will be made to allow Reilly & Associates to submit any and all permit applications for the Wyoming Hose Company #1 project on behalf of the Borough.
