Motion will be made to adopt proposed budget for fiscal year of 2022

Motion will be made to accept _______________ bid for CDBG Grant Engineer.

Motion will be made to adopt proposed Regulations and Violations Related to the Accumulation and Disposal of Animal Waste and Penalties for the Violation Thereof. This proposed ordinance will be available for public inspection at the borough office.

Motion will be made to engage in the Settlement Participation Agreements and Registration procedures for Wyoming Borough regarding the National Opioid Settlements with J&J/Janssen Settlement agreement and/or the National Distributors (“Big Three”) Settlement Agreement.

Motion will be made to authorize Michael Baloga, Chairperson of Wyoming Borough Council to be the individual who is authorized to enter into the settlement participation agreements, upon advice of the Borough Solicitor. 

Motion will be made to approve Resolution #9 of 2021, Authorizing the Borough of Wyoming to enter Into the Settlement Agreements with McKesson Corporation, Cardinal Health, Inc., AmerisourceBergen Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Janssen Pharmaceutica, Inc., and Agree to the Terms of the Pennsylvania Opioid Misuse and Addiction Abatement Trust.

Motion will be made to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Borough and the FOP representing the Wyoming Borough Police Department Officers.  The Collective Bargaining Agreement is a 1- year agreement and runs from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. 

Reilly & Associates will need a Borough Official or Borough Representative authorized to sign Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) Applications and related forms on behalf of the Borough.

A motion will be made to authorize ___________________ to sign applications and related forms required for any permit(s) associated with the Wyoming Hose Company #1 building Project.

A motion will be made to allow Reilly & Associates to submit any and all permit applications for the Wyoming Hose Company #1 project on behalf of the Borough.

Motion will be made to authorize the solicitor to prepare an ordinance to approve an intermunicipal cooperation agreement between Exeter Township, Exeter Borough, West Pittston, Wyoming, and West Wyoming relative to the formation of the Wyoming Area Regional Police Department and to further authorize the solicitor to prepare the relevant legal advertising for the consideration of said ordinance at the regular meeting of the Wyoming Borough Council on January 10, 2022.
