Approval of minutes: The minutes of the February 2021 meeting are available for review at the borough office. The minutes are approved on a motion made by Mr. Lipski and seconded by Mrs. Smiles

Motion to approve Reimbursement #7 to PennEastern for LSA grant contract # C000065495 in the amount of $4,745.00. Engineer work for 4th St., Dennison, and, Monument Ave Street improvements

Report: A request was sent to DCED for remaining funds from grant in the amount of $10,747.00 to incorporate additional improvements to the current project site. (update and replace all street signage in the area of the street improvements.)
A suggestion was made from Paul Konopka, tax collector: If the county council decides to extend the rebate or face value dates for the taxes, that Wyoming might be prepared to extend the dates also. We took part in the extension in 2020 along with many other neighboring towns.

Report: Police Department will be placing order for budgeted ENRADD device to begin working on traffic in the borough.

Motion will be made to hire Kelsie Snyder for part time clerk position with a starting rate of $10.00 for 15 hours a week with a 90- day probationary period.

Public Property: Borough Building and Recreation

Report: The Recreation will host an Easter event on March 31, 2021.
Residents will need to register their children ages 1-12 by March 22nd.
The bunny will deliver treats to registered children in the borough.

Solicitor’s Report: Filed sewer liens from the WVSA to the Prothonotary’s office on behalf of the borough.
Wished Mary Sabol well on her retirement.
Mayor’s Report
The Police Department responded to 124 incidents in the month of February 2020.
On behalf of one of our officers: The Wyoming Borough Fire Police have been doing an amazing job during accidents on the avenue. It is perfect when we have to deal with calamity of the accident itself, knowing our backs are protected by traffic.

Received an email from Raymond Harris
He was not present on the zoom call to discuss his concern.
Communications: A list of communications received since the last meeting have been presented to council and accepted on a motion made by Mrs. Smiles and seconded by Mr. Borzell.
